Pocket Spring
Movement stops where it starts.
Each spring is sewn into its own fabric sleeve, so it compresses on its own. Weight landing on one side of the bed does not lift or roll the other.

01What makes a SpineMat different?
We manufacture end to end in Jaipur — foam, quilting, spring units and assembly happen in one plant. That is why the layer stack is printed on every product: we can tell you exactly what is inside because we built it. Thirty-six years, 15 lakh customers, and every mattress carries an e-warranty of 5 to 15 years.
02Which mattress is right for back pain?
Relief Gold is built around a dense Spinemat rebonded foam core with memory foam quilting, so the surface gives at the shoulder while the core stops the hips dropping. If you also sleep hot or share the bed, Penta Trinity Gel pairs the same support principle with pocket springs and gel.
03How do I choose between soft, medium and firm?
Side sleepers usually want medium — enough give for the shoulder, enough support under the hip. Back sleepers do well on medium to medium-firm. Front sleepers should go firmer so the hips don't sink. Weight matters too: the heavier you are, the softer the same mattress will feel.
04Can I get a non-standard size?
Yes. Every product has a published per-square-foot rate. For a regular non-standard size you pay the per-sq-ft price or the price of the next larger standard size, whichever is lower. For a special non-standard size involving a design, shape or cutting, whichever is higher applies. The custom-size calculator shows both numbers before you commit.
05What does the e-Warranty cover, and how do I register it?
Every SpineMat carries an e-warranty of 5 to 15 years depending on the product — 12 years on Celebrity, 15 on Temptation, 10 across European, Luxuria and Orthopaedic, 6 on Spring, 7 on Softmat, 5 on Racer. Refer to the guarantee card supplied with your mattress for registration and complaints.
06Will the mattress I receive be exactly the size I ordered?
Within the Bureau of Indian Standards tolerance: width to ±1 mm, thickness to +12 mm / −6 mm. A small variation inside those limits is normal and is not a defect.
07How does it arrive?
Vacuum roll packed. A rolled mattress fits through doorways and up stairwells that a flat one will not. Unroll it on the frame, cut the wrap, and give it a few hours to take its full shape.
08Where can I try a SpineMat in person?
Call us and we will tell you the nearest stockist. We are not publishing a store list until we have verified addresses and opening hours — we would rather send you nowhere than somewhere that has closed.
